Returns and exchanges

RETURNS

From the date of receipt of your order, you have 14 working days to return the products. Just follow the instructions below:
  1. Send us an e-mail at hello@louvini.com informing us of your intention to return the product(s) and the reason for this return.
  2. Once you have received our return email (usually within 24 hours), you can fill out the return card provided in the package and return everything to the following address:  
Louvini Retours, 7 rue Louis David, 75116 PARIS, France 

You are responsible for the cost of returning the items.
We advise you to send your return by registered mail (Colissimo in France) with acknowledgment of receipt.
Returned products must be intact, in perfect condition for resale and in their original packaging.
If the above conditions are met, the total amount of the returned items will be refunded (including delivery costs). The refund will take effect within 14 days of receipt of the items. You will be reimbursed by crediting the bank account or the payment method used for the order.
You can only return items for items purchased from our official e-shop. Gift cards are excluded from returns.
 

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item in your order for the same product (in a different size or color, the price remaining the same), please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us at hello@louvini.com with an exchange request, indicating your order number and your name.
  2. Once our response has been received, please return the product you wish to exchange to us at your expense to:

Louvini Retours, 7 rue Louis David, 75116 PARIS, France 

We recommend that you return the item by Colissimo to benefit from a follow-up. We do not exchange or refund lost products.

3. We will send the replacement product to you as soon as we receive your product in our warehouse. Please note that the product you wish to exchange must be in unused condition and in its original packaging.

If you wish to exchange a product for another product with a different price, please follow the standard return procedure.
