For Samsung phones, you can simply go to Settings > "About phone". There, you can find the name and model number of your Samsung device.

IPHONES

  1. Open the "Settings" app.
  2. At the top, you'll see your profile picture Apple ID / iCloud and your name. Tap on it.
  3. Scroll down until you see your devices. The first device should be your iPhone; you'll see the name and model of your device.

No, it depends on the model. The transparent CHARLIE case is available for iPhones, Samsung, and Huawei phones.

Currently, we do not plan to release leather cases for Samsung, Huawei, Google, and other smartphone brands. However, please send us an email, and we will note your request

No. Louvini cases are meant to be placed directly onto the phone.

We recommend cleaning your transparent case (Charlie model) with a dry cotton cloth. Leather cases can be gently wiped with a slightly damp sponge

All iPhones from the 12 model onwards are equipped with MagSafe inside.

MagSafe cases (model CHARLIE, MILO, MAX) contain magnets that align the iPhone with Apple MagSafe accessories. This feature ensures quick wireless charging.

No. You can still place an order and checkout as a guest.

Order notifications are typically sent immediately after placing the order. If you haven't received a confirmation within 3 minutes of completing your order, there may have been a typo in the email address used. Please contact our customer service to correct it.

Shipping notifications may take longer as they are sent after the package has left our warehouse.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please send us an email at hello@louvini.com as soon as possible. We will try to modify or cancel your order. If it is too late to cancel or modify your order, please follow the return procedure.

Deliveries

We deliver worldwide. Shipping rates depend on your destination and the weight of the order. They will be displayed at checkout and exclude customs duties and taxes*.

The following shipping fees currently apply:
Europe (including Switzerland and UK) between: 0 - 19 EUR
Overseas: between 5.90 - 19 EUR
USA / Canada: 29 EUR
Rest of the world: 49 EUR
Orders in France will generally be shipped by Colissimo, Chronopost, or Mondial Relay depending on the customer's choice.
European orders will generally be shipped by La Poste, Colissimo, or Chronopost.
International orders will generally be shipped by DHL, UPS, Fedex, or Chronopost.

All orders will be shipped by registered mail with tracking.


*Customs duties and taxes must be paid by the customer for international deliveries, outside the European Union. The carrier will contact you directly."

For all international deliveries outside of the European Union, additional customs fees may be charged. For deliveries within Europe, there are generally no additional customs fees, except for the following countries:

Returns & Exchanges

In most cases, a photo of your product and your order number will help us assist you more quickly.

You can only exchange a product if your delivery address is in mainland France. Otherwise, please follow the 'return for refund' procedure and place a new order on our website.

If you wish to exchange an item from your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at hello@louvini.com with an exchange request, indicating your order number and your name.
  2. Once we have received our response, please return the product you wish to exchange at your own expense to: Louvini Returns, 7 Rue Louis David, 75116 Paris, France.
  3. We recommend sending the item by Colissimo or tracked mail for tracking purposes. We do not exchange lost products.
  4. We will send you the replacement product as soon as we have received your product in our office (processed within 48 hours).

Conditions:

Return costs are your responsibility and we cover the costs of reshipment.

Please note that the product you wish to exchange must be in unused condition and in its original packaging.

From the date of receipt of your order, you have a period of 14 working days to return the products. Simply follow the instructions below:

  1. Send us an email at hello@louvini.com informing us of your intention to return the product(s) and the reason for the return.
  2. Once you have received our return email (usually within 24 hours), you can fill out the return card provided in the package and send everything to the following address:

CREATE A RETURN

A fee of 4.95 EUR will be deducted from your refund if you choose to use our application to generate the return label.

Attention: Return labels can only be provided for orders within metropolitan France (and exclusively for returns against refund, not for exchanges). If your order was delivered outside metropolitan France, please return your order at your own expense to the return address:

We will contact you by email as soon as we have received your return at our premises. Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days, but usually, we are quicker ;-)

Conditions: The returned products must be intact, in perfect resale condition, and in their original packaging.

You will be refunded by crediting the bank account or payment method used for the order. You can only proceed with returns for items purchased on our official e-shop. Gift cards and customizable cases are excluded from returns. We will not refund express delivery fees: Chronopost, Chronopost Europe, DHL, UPS, FedEx. We do not cover customs fees associated with your return. It is possible that the order will be returned to the sender or that the fees will be deducted from your refund.

You will be refunded on your orignal payment method used. Sometimes refunds may take up to three days to be processed by your bank. Refunds via PayPal may take up to 14 days.

The return labels can only be provided for orders within mainland France (and exclusively for returns for refund, not for exchanges).
